PARKING
In the evening and on weekends free parking is available beside the theatre and across the street. Please respect the fire lanes when parking. These parking lots are not available during the weekdays.
COAT CHECK
There is a coat rack available in the lobby.
SEAT LOCATION
All rows on the orchestra level are named A through M. The seat numbers start on the left of the auditorium and move to the right. In the balcony level, the rows are named BA through BD. (see our seating link) Our trained ushers would be happy to show you to your seat. You can view our full seating chart here.
LATECOMERS
A Friendly Reminder In order to ensure an enjoyable theatre experience for all, latecomers will not be seated until there is a suitable break in the performance, and will be seated where it will not interfere with the other patrons’ enjoyment of the performance.
SCENTS & SENSIBILITY
Many patrons are bothered by strong scents; some have severe allergic reactions. Please limit your use of scented products before coming to the theatre.
WASHROOMS
Washrooms are located adjacent to the lobby. All washrooms have handicapped stalls.
SPECIAL NEEDS
Please let the Box Office know of special needs when ordering tickets. Miles MacDonald Performance Centre is fully wheelchair accessible. As wheelchair seating is limited, please book these seats in advance.
PERFORMANCE NOTES
All performance, artists, prices, dates and times are subject to change without notice. Please check your tickets for curtain time and date Cellular phones*, camera, audio/video equipment and pagers* are prohibited Be comfortable. Some people dress up; some people do not. Miles MacDonald Performance Centre is a smoke-free environment If you are anticipating an emergency call, you may leave your pager or cell phone with the House Manager.
