RENTAL RATES

  • 1

    Rates are based on 5 hour block booking (minimum booking) and include: technician, janitorial services, ushers and house manager.

  • 2
    Rates include a non-refundable deposit of 50% of rental cost amount.
  • 3
    Additional services that may be required are not included in price and will be paid by the renter. e.g. ticket printing, piano rental & tuning, SOCAN charges, stage crew, credit card charges,etc.
  • 4
    SOCAN fees are the responsibility of the renter and must be paid through CPA. Note: Renters are obligated to report attendance to their event, for SOCAN fees.
  • 5

    Rehearsal rates are decided on a case by case basis

Professionals / Corporate

  • $1,000 for 5 hours

  • Plus $75 per hour for each additional hour

Residents

COMMUNITY GROUPS / Professionals groups / individuals

  • $500 for 5 hours

  • Plus $75 per hour for each additional hour

Not For Profit:

Non Residents

COMMUNITY GROUPS etc.

  • $750 for 5 hours

  • Plus $75 per hour for each additional hour

Residents

Guysborough County Groups ETC.

  • $350 for 5 hours

  • Plus $75 per hour for each additional hour
