RENTAL RATES
Terms & Conditions
- Rates are based on 5 hour block booking (minimum booking) and include: technician, janitorial services, ushers and house manager.
- Rates include a non-refundable deposit of 50% of rental cost amount.
- Additional services that may be required are not included in price and will be paid by the renter. e.g. ticket printing, piano rental & tuning, SOCAN charges, stage crew, credit card charges,etc.
- SOCAN fees are the responsibility of the renter and must be paid through CPA. Note: Renters are obligated to report attendance to their event, for SOCAN fees.
Rehearsal rates are decided on a case by case basis
For Profit RATES:
Non Residents
Nova scotian Professionals & BUSINESSES
- $1,500 for 5 hours + $2.50 per ticket
Plus $75 per hour for each hour beyond the 5 hour block
Residents
Guysborough COMMUNITY GROUPS / Professionals groups / individuals
- $1200 for 5 hours + $2.50 per ticket
Plus $75 per hour for each hour beyond the 5 hour block
Not For Profit RATES:
Non Residents
nova scotian COMMUNITY GROUPS etc.
- $1000 for 5 hours + $2.50 per ticket
Plus $75 per hour for each hour beyond the 5 hour block

- $600 for 5 hours + $2.50 per ticket

Starting Wednesday, March 18, Cast Away Café will be open from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM for Midweek at the Wharf — breakfast and lunch by the harbour.
🍳 The Harbour Breakfast Plate – $15.95
